I've been going to Dr. Bernstein since I was eight years old. Dr. Bernstein is a personable, caring and professional doctor. He is truly what a doctor is expected to be. The entire staff is congenial, friendly and makes you feel comfortable. This office makes you feel human, and that's important. There is no stress going to the dentist!

I am so pleased to be able to write my experiences with Dr. Auerbach and his office because on a scale of one to ten, everything was a ten!
Briefly, because I live an hour away we squeezed my appointments for a full mouth of laminates into a few days of many hours in the chair as I wanted minimal travel necessity. The entire staff was so nice and sensitive to my needs. The only reason I traveled so far was that I had met someone who had the most beautiful teeth and when she told me the name of Dr. Auerbach I decided to use the same doctor. Well, now that it is all done, I have to say that anyone who might ask me for a recommendation, this is the ONLY person I would use. Wherever I go, people always comment on my "perfect teeth". He is patient, caring, professional and incredibly astute and talented in his field.

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Bernstein for nine years now. He has helped me by diagnosing and treating my temporomandibular dysfunction by customing special splints which have reduced my muscle spasms in my jaw and neck and re-positioned my jaw to stabilize my painful muscles. It' so comforting to know that I have a caring dentist who has all the knowledge of this painful TMD, and will strive to correct the problem and get his patient pain free!

How lucky are we to have the best dental services here in New City! From the moment you make that intial call you are immediately put at ease. Upon arriving for your appointment you are greeted by the friendliest staff, and guess what...there's no waiting. The entire office is immaculate and state of the art. After taking your dental history and giving a complete oral examination, you get a thorough cleaning by the dental hygienist, I met with Dr. Bernstein. The dentist lists your concerns and expectations. By your next visit a plan is devised and he explains each and every procedure. With the professionalism everyone desires and deserves, Dr. Bernstein does his magic! He even called me to make sure I was comfortable. Not only did he give me a healthy mouth, he gave me a smile I only dreamed of having. My thanks to Alicia (the dental hygienist), Christina, Adam and Maria (the dental assistants). A special thank you to Kathy for squelching my fears and handling all the insurance business and to Geri for always calling to remind me of my appointments to keep things moving.
